Hehe ... I always enjoy a Doctor Who MOC ... You figs are great ... Im not so sure about the TARDIS, but hey, a 1000 have been made.

1. Is there another way to make the Sonic with official pieces? I couldn't think of any (aside from the lightsabre hilt pieces, as they are too big) that would work.

2. The doors are not as wide as I would have liked, but an extra stud was too wide. A plate would good, but that would throw off the design. Can you think of a way to make it look better?

I use the lightsaber for our comic with a round transparent stud. I think it works fine. have a look here. Its the second Chapter, the first time the Doctor appears, so dont read through it till you have readen Chapter one ;)

The TARDIS outside appearence, thats the hard one. Ive seen a lot of diffrent designs ( we are quite happy with ours ) ... But making it on a baseplate 6x6 studs, you will still have difficulties approaching the look from the series. However i have some suggestions for new bricks. Well, most of them are already made, but not in the color scheme needed. Sorry, i wont tell more since its a big thing for us and a reveal for our CUUSOO project. But i will update you in some 14 days time. Thats when we should have our brickcount done a the finished design and building instructions for our TARDIS interior up for all to use. Anyhow, for now use google / CUUSOO / EB / MP and you shall find a lot of diffrent great TARDIS blue box exterior designs. Maybe you will find jut the one idea that makes yours shine. :)
