Skinny Boy Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 I can't seem to be able to upload any models hence I can't buy them. Is anyone else having this problem? Also most of the buttons are gone, the brick list is bigger because the 'check price button' and the 'survey' button are gone, all upload buttons are gone Quote
xenologer Posted November 12, 2006 Posted November 12, 2006 The only time those buttons ever Dissapear for me, is if my computer was not connected to the internet. If your computer *is* in fact connected... maybe something is causing LDD to think it isn't. Did you recently add a new firewall? Quote
KMOI Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 While I can't confirm about uploading new models, or problems with the button size, I can confirm that I haven't been able to access the "Pick a brick" section of the site. Perhaps the LEGO Factory page is going under some problems? Quote
Brick Miner Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 i recently made my first purchase from the pick-a-brick at lego.com X-D i was having some problems adding my selections from the pick-a-brick to my lego.com shopping cart... well, it went smoothly after i figured out i needed to log in first ;-) - Brick Miner Quote
xenologer Posted November 13, 2006 Posted November 13, 2006 I just started up LDD and found that my upload download and other online features were missing too. It probably mean's they're doing some kind of maintenance on their end of things, if it doesn't last more than a day or two I wouldn't worry. Quote

Yeah, I was planning to make my first purchase too, up until I had problems since this afternoon. I logged on and everything, but when I clicked on the site, it loaded for about 2 minutes (I have DSL), and then the dreaded "Page cannot be displayed" thingy smacked me. Well, good to know it works for everyone else! This must be a result of not turning off my computer for 3 days, I guess. :-D Quote
Skinny Boy Posted November 14, 2006 Author Posted November 14, 2006 My Buttons are back, everything working although my creation is a lot dearer then i thought Quote
