I'm building the old enlarged GE now. But I can't figure out the wrap around windows in front of the escalators on the second floor. Some help?

They are only connected at the bottom on a jumper plate and are loose at the top (where they end with a tile).

Ok I thought so. That is what I came up with. On the third floor, is the roof not attached to the wrap around windows? It seems the top rounded dark green bricks are separate from the roof.

The two front quarters of the dome are attached to the windows below, and the two back quarters (and the jumper and 1x1 cone on top) are connected to the roof.

Thanks so much for your help. It is a bit frustrating to have so limited pieces. Trying to stick to just two GE is difficult. I find that I would like more 2x1 tan bricks and 4x1 tan bricks. Also I feel like I dont have enough gray plates. But that is the fun of this challenge.

Just came across the pics of your GE and FB mods ... very impressive! I love what you did for the new top floor of the GE, and the double escaltors are not only a nice touch - but when one thinks about it, rather a necessity, I'd have tought.

Great MOD's cimddwc. I like the GE, but it always looks more impressive when it has been MODed with the addition of one or more GE, giving it the Harrods look. I like the way you've done your top floor. Very original. I also like the street you have at the front of the FB. Great work.

This makes me thinking again of buying a second copy of the GE to add such clever details like you did.

The top cafe is plain brilliant. Why didn't TLC come to a similar idea yet?
