Chuck Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 #8134 Night Crusher Another 07 set! -l2k- Quote
xenologer Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 You meant to say 'Night Crusher' Monster Crusher is one of the old 2005 Tiny Turbos (popping up a lot at TRU discount bin I might add) Quote

xenologer Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Its kinda neat to see them use the Road Hero tiny turbo and give it an actual trailer here... But I don't think I'll be getting this one. Nice overall design, looks very playable; but nothing special about the parts... Just take your old Road Hero, TunerX, and BigBling Wheelie... make yourself a trailer... and you've pretty much got the set already. Quote
gylman Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Wait, I don't get it.... is this the first release of a "2007" set? It is available now. Quote
oo7 Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 $20!?!?!?! There is no way that set can have 265 peices, there must be some mistake. It is weird that they are releasing only one or two sets from every line now, when it's just barely November. One fire set, one racers set, one creator set, two EF sets... I'm waiting for the one Aqua Raiders... Quote
gylman Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 For some wierd reason they are showing that little crappy car as the main picture for the set. But you can see on the alternate picture, it is a truck that can haul a few cars. Still, I don't have a good sense of what this set looks like - it would be nice to have a useful picture. Gads, what lousy marketing. Quote
xwingyoda Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 Gads, what lousy marketing. Loool. You would imagine and assume that they correct past mistakes but its unfortunatly not always the case *wacko* BTW I edited the topic title for you L2K ;-) *yoda* Quote
snefroe Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 what i don't really like about these new Lego sets, and why I'm posting it here, are these new 2x4 slopes as on this one. the surface of these slopes is completely smooth these days, they used to have a different surface compared to any other Lego brick; i liked that... :'-( Quote
