Never seen one, the sets in that picture look to be from some years ago... Sure wish I could get ahold of them so conveniently... :-P

I think Japan has these... I got some studio sets with weird parts off Bricklink from a person in Japan a few years ago. They loooove vending machines... you can get really damn near anything out of them there.

Hard to say if the one in this picture is though... neither machine has any Japanese on it.

The vending machine left of the one in the upper picture looks like it has Japanese on it, but it's really hard to see.
