hawkyboy4 Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Hello everyone, today I bring you my next MOC - Kino der Toten. This MOC is a rough replica of the starting room from the Call of Duty: Black Ops - Zombies game mode. Altered are the front of the map, where I have instead added the cinema entrance from the 50 year anniversary set, the teleporter's shape and placement (credit to Cool Whip for his design) and a lack of doors at the top of the stairway. So I present to you, Kino der Toten: Overview: Inside Overview: Enjoy, and feel free to comment and criticise. Quote
The Blue Brick Posted March 17, 2012 Posted March 17, 2012 Great progress. I love how you have tiled the floors, as many of these mocs are never tiled. I also love how you gave the building the cinema facade. It makes it a lot nicer. I can't wait to see it finished. Quote
hawkyboy4 Posted March 21, 2012 Author Posted March 21, 2012 Thank you. I'm sorry to announce that this is all that shall be made of Kino, due to certain part restrictions. I have, however added tiling to the "top" of the MOC, and I may post them on my flickr account, which also has my Nacht der Untoten and Ascension. Quote
kermit Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 (edited) Great moc but, I just don`t have a good feeling about the tile pattern in the middle of the floor, however good building though. Edited March 21, 2012 by kermit Quote
Artizan Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 It is a shame this moc will not be completed, it looked very promising. Quote
hawkyboy4 Posted March 22, 2012 Author Posted March 22, 2012 While I agree it is a shame that I will not be making all of Kino, I have my reasons. The cost to build the entire thing would be a minimum $1200, and I do not have the time nor funds available. I will keep trying to make more Call of Duty creations though. In reply to the swastika concern, I felt the floor was too boring and plain (in-game there are chairs etc. strewn around the room) and it was to represent that this was the theatre from Kino der Toten. I in no way support Nazi views. Quote
