Well, it's mostly pieces from the STG set anyway  Still need to fill in a few holes and get black offset plates but it looks alright for an alt build. The nose is 8 wide but the cab is 7-wide.

Just wanted to make a "normal" Blacktron Black Hole Gang truck, they use this one to transport smaller cargo that doesn't require the big truck.

And a picture of my pride and joy just because lol

(My old SP3 prototype build, I converted the 6-wide cab to 7-wide with a few jumper plates and finally finished/redesigned the container)

I never built that set - but the last one looks like a beefy upgrade!

But it's not very blacktron-y

Maybe a bit more trans yellow and regular yellow?

I know the container is yellow but it seems like the truck needs a bit more - know what I'm saying?

I don't know what you mean about it not being Blackton-enough, it has the same color scheme and similar shape as the original model :classic:http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=5972-1

Unless you mean BT1... I guess everyone likes old Blacktron better than the new one lol :oh:

Sorry I didn't realize this was also Blacktron :wall:

My bad. I only knew the old one. I always thought the 'new' one was just assorted SP3 villains - I didn't realize they were called blacktrons.

Learn something new everyday :poke:

Well, they're called the Black Hole Gang now but it's always implied that they have ties to Blacktron  I should start calling them Black Hole Gang from now on, I'm only perpetuating the confusion

(I wouldn't mind if you change the title to "Black Hole Gang Pick-Up Truck")

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing as SI-mocs until I saw your explanation... As it is, it fits in better with M-Tron (who originally had the Black, Red and Trans-neon Yellow/Green color scheme going).

Anyways, regardless of what you call them, that is one mighty fine space-pickup truck.
