How to motorize 8053 and 8292?

Hi. Can anyone help me with giving an idea or a link with 8053 Mobile Crane and 8292 Cherry picker motorized (A models)? I realy realy want some ideas... or instructions

I searched at this forum, but i didn't found any instructions

Isn't 8292 already motorized? Or if you mean motorizing the axles and putting motors for drive and steer, there should be instructions on the internet because it's fairly old set.
