When you click on "New Topic" you should see a bar saying:

Poll Options Click here to manage this topic's poll

Click there ;-)

How do I post a poll?

The Vassal group can't create polls ;-) Therefore you need to wait a bit before beeing able to do so.

Also, since its a general question irrelevent of the theater forum, I shall move this ;-)
