Not sure what's up with the chains...should switch those to tubes. If it isn't in fact wind powered, it needs an exhaust stack with smoke coming out. Good looking model, nonetheless, very LEGO-y. It is wind powered, you can tell by propellers on the back Chains are for "style", like the one Joker has. Quote

Gives your build a really unique flavour to it. Though I feel the rider needs some sort of Dome to protect him... Quote
