1974 Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 So, I wanted to build this neat little 'bobcat' as seen here : http://smashing-bricks.com/2012/02/13/toyfairny-2012-lego-city-summer-sets/ (Scroll down to set 4201 and have a close look at the loader/'bobcat') Should be a piece cake, no? But just how exactly is that digger bucket (BL 30394) connected?? First I just copied how the bucket is connected on the blue tractor from the 7637 Farm. But that don't work well. The bucket is too small so the hinge plate assembly scrapes the ground Looking at BL I can see that the bucket (30394) has actually never been used like that before, with the long arms like on the 7637 tractor and in the 4201 set There's a hingeplate used in the 4201 set that I haven't seen before. Seems to be a combination of : And this : I can't seem to find such an item at BL So, is this a new part or am I overlloking something? Cheers,
Ricecracker Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 I believe this is the piece they used. In future, please keep all discussion regarding the 2012 city sets in the 2012 City Sets discussion topic. Thanks.
