Actually the first one was straight on, its just kind of hard to capture. :sceptic:

Plus I took it out after I saw what it was doing to my chrome pieces.

I imagine water could be a bit aggressive towards LEGO. How did it affect the chrome, exactly?

All my non chrome pieces were fine, even the non ABS plastic ones, so yes i`m sure its safe. If you build anything, id like too see pics. :classic:

On the chrome part, some off the chrome paint came off of it, I tried to get a picture but it wouldn't turn out.
