TomRoid Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 A long time ago there was something that came with a magazine in the UK that may of been a LEGO set, except it was a sticky toy instead of a bricks set. I'll try to describe it. It was a long time ago, definately 2000s. It was in the UK. It came with some sort of (British) kids magazine. Maybe something like "Toxic". It was your basic magazine toy packaging. It may or may not of actually been LEGO. If it was then it may of been associated with CITY or Pirates. It was a red (or pink, whatever) octopus that wasn't made out of bricks but rather a sticky toy that would attach to a flat surface (maybe like a suction cup), maybe like one of those Alien pod toys. Has anyone heard of this before? Quote
Blondie-Wan Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 I'm afraid I haven't heard of it, and your statement "It was a long time ago, definately 2000s" is making me feel even older and more decrepit than I already did. Quote
user Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 It doesn't sound like lego to me. I don't recall them ever selling sets with sticky things or suction cups. Quote

I think these are the only suction cupped things I've seen from Lego. 20-02-2012 11;14;24 by Unseen Arboritum, on Flickr Edited February 20, 2012 by Oddibossity Quote
