RunnersDad Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 Sorry to start a bank drivethru debate, I thought they were more common than they are I guess. Still would be cool though, especially if you could make the tube work. Didn't Power Miners, or something like that years back have a pneumatic device? Pardon the poor photo quality as I took these quickly with my iPad. Depicted here is a man hard at work using his iMac on a black finished desk. For reference one pic shows the blank screen while another has printed Lego tiles inserted into the screen. I think the iMac came out quite good actually. Thanks for the look. Quote
lightningtiger Posted February 17, 2012 Posted February 17, 2012 It's more like an iPlasma 'RunnersDad' ! I agree 'Alexgri', you need a smaller screen for sure.....nice try anyway and Brick On with your iBrick ! Quote
Andy D Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 (edited) The problem is not the screen size, it is the size of the border around the screen, but I'm not sire how it could have been made smaller. The actual screen real estate is about right for serious graphics work. Great representation of an iMac G4 (I still have mine, not in use though). Andy D Edited February 18, 2012 by Andy D Quote
JackJonespaw Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Looks nice, although the screen is a bit big. Quote
gotoAndLego Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 It's a good design. Getting rid of the white bezel and keeping the screen at 2x4 would be more realistic. Use a jumper plate instead of a brick to get the screen closer to the base. Quote
