It can unpurify one's self, if you know what I mean, turning your hands to scarlet, whether the scarlet is blood or sins is up to you to decide. As for me, I'm glad I do not wield a sword." Despite my inner misgivings, I lurch forward and attempt to attack the Man-at-Arms from the back row, but the bridge is too small, and in the hustle and bustle I am pushed over the side into the water below. As if the water were a trampoline, I bounce right back out of it. "Are you sure there isn't another way around this river? We could cut a tree down and throw it across to walk over, although somebody may have to carry me." If that's not a possibility, I lunge forward and attack the Man-at-Arms from the back row. The end of the bridge is suddenly a wall of shield and pike. Benji fires at a man reforming, but he's too late, and hits the shield. Alisha lunges at the wall, to push it back, but another Shield Wall is in effect. Daxus realizes brute force won't work. So he does an overhead lunge over the rim of the shields. The raider raises his shield up, but that blocks his vision! Daxus suddenly reaches under and robs the raider of gold! Monk Pretzel then whacks his cross at the dumbfounded viking, and hits him square in the head. Eric Godwinson charges his former brethren with his axe. But as you would expect from someone beat up by a peasant with a knife, is stabbed. and falls unconscious. He falls to the planks and the bridge suddenly shakes. Much more of this, the party thinks, the bridge will collapse in five minutes... and into the icy river below... Poison Ivy Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Alisha, absentmindedly, trips the Special of the Raider, then comes to her senses just in time. An evil grin comes across her face, and she two-handedly shoves Pretzel and Daxus as human shields, standing behind them and then innocently shoving both out of her way, each off one side of the bridge. "What? Less wait on the bridge, less chance that it'll fall," she grumbles in the general direction of Benji and Leo. She then marches forward and slams her fist into the Man-at-arms's jaw, following up from the Front Row, with her Broadsword.
