Hello everyone,

Are you tried of boring looking clones? Wish they had more detail? Well here is the answer, printed clone trooper legs. These look great on all types of clones. Just ask these fine looking clones which bought them.

Okay enough of the bad commercial.

These printed legs are printed just like Lego's own figures. I reproduced Lego's clone leg design, but I left out the markings so that they could be used on the regular clone trooper.

Here are a couple clone trooper figures showing off the printed legs.

And here is a close up of a pair of printed legs.

Now as always with my figures and other products these are for sale so just click the link

Thank you all for view and I would love to hear your feedback.

(Now mods I was unsure where to put this topic as I am selling these yet they are custom as well which is why I put the topic here please move if this is not the right sub forum)

Looks neat!

Personally I would make the lines more bolder to match the line thickness of Lego printing..

That is a good suggestion.

Also thanks guys for your comments and feedback.

I would agree, a little bolder like printed legs of storm troopers past.

I'm curious how you printed on the legs?

While I do really like these, upon first glance I thought something seemed off. Then I figured it out: the hips should be black. All of LEGO's Clones that have leg printing still have black hips. I know it would be an easy MOD for anybody to do, but to make a perfect product I think you should have it be white legs with black hips

Even though the white hips are more accurate?

I don't look much into minifigure customizing, but these are nicely done and look like official parts. Have you considered printing stormtrooper legs as well?

Yes. Aesthetically, black looks much better, which is probably why LEGO does it. With all of the black on the torso, a significant amount of black below is needed for balance, and the black hips do just this.

The lines look kinda pixelated, thickening them up and using vectors (pen tool) should help. (assuming they're printed on paper/labels anyway)

That was the printing company which I used. I use a vector program to design all my decals. No the leg design is directly printed onto the legs besides I would never use labels or paper if any thing it would be water slide decals.
