DLuders Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Yes -- this is exactly what one sees in the National Forests around here. Is the Lego griparm powerful enough to lift the rear "stack-on" trailer, just like in real life? Quote

It would be if the grips would stay closed but they flick open, maybe need a cargo strap around it lol. Quote
Rodeown Posted February 3, 2012 Author Posted February 3, 2012 (edited) I just found this video which is interesting, That trailer is amazing, would have loved to have seen the full video of the loading of it also one of the things i have noticed with most of these self loading arms is the placement of the Hydraulics is on the first boom, they actually are much higher up than where Lego has placed them, the arm on the 9397 is not long enough to be practical, i tried extending it by a couple of studs but it didnt come close enough to the truck then, i wonder if an arm like on this video would be better. I also found this video which has an awesome trailer that i may attempt one day Edited February 3, 2012 by Rodeown Quote
