NotoriousPYG Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 (edited) Here is one of the first builds I did of a Submersible Heavy-Lift Vessel (as seen on Discovery Channel) I know they aren't perfect, I take liberties, much like the Architecture series (FYI I am a Naval Architect) ...is a model of the below ship loaded with 4 barges Another... Tugs pushing a Jack-Up Drilling Rig off of a submerged Heavy Lift Vessel. woolie Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 There is an offshore oil museum in Galveston; they have dozens of small scale models of various support ships and rigs on display. It would be cool to have some LEGO models on display. Quote
DutchTreat Posted January 29, 2012 Posted January 29, 2012 Very nice creations! You should try some of them large scale :) Are your models in a display box or something at work? Greets, Dutch Quote
