Hi people.

BrickUtils new release is out.

Features:

  • Helps maintain your bricks and sets catalog
  • Checks if you can build a model (from LDD, LDraw or a BrickLink set) against your brick catalog, and helps you to find alternative bricks
  • Imports projects from LDD (LXF and LXFML)
  • Imports BrickLink Set inventory
  • Exports BrickLink "Wanted Mass Upload" XML file, to buy bricks on BrickLink

Added features:

  • Windows "portable" version, no install required
  • Import LDraw files, both LDR and MPD
  • 400 new parts in database, over 1400 total
  • 30 updated parts
  • includes parts from latest LDD release, thanks Superkalle
  • 5 new colors, 3 updated colors
  • Interface redesigned to better arrange controls and functions
  • some bugs fixed, less memory needs

Perhaps you would like to organize e single topic for your software where describe it and post the updates.

Portable version is ready, as you requested, sir :laugh:

For single topic, you mean like Superkalle's LDD Manager, right? With first post reporting all sort of general information, and updated when there are updates or new releases, ok?

Exactly!

In the first page you can write a description of the software and all is necessary to introduce it.

Then you can add some guides and tricks.

The rest of the topic is for announce updates, make discussion and provide support.

Thanks for this! I'm going to search for it now to try to get some wanted lists going on my LDD files.
