Alasdair Ryan Posted January 24, 2012 Author Posted January 24, 2012 Thanks Bbqqq for your reply,if all else fails i will use that. Is it possible to change how ldd loads the part,a bit like the lego linear actuators? Quote
hrontos Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Is it possible to change how ldd loads the part,a bit like the lego linear actuators? No, unfortunately it is not. In case of LAs it was just modification of the position of parts of LA (LA consists of 4 parts), but in this case band is just one part, that needs the data for flex tool to be modeled by TLG to be able to change it's shape. Alasdair Ryan Posted January 24, 2012 Author Posted January 24, 2012 Any idea why thay added this part then? It seems a bit of a waste of lego's time to add a piece you can not use. Quote
hrontos Posted January 24, 2012 Posted January 24, 2012 Any idea why thay added this part then? I think this again the case Superkalle mentioned many times: in Extended mode TLG gives us all parts they have at certain moment of time, no matter how much unfinished they are. There many parts that should flex and cannot flex yet, I presume it will be added later. Quote
