Where can I find instructions for Cargo Train Deluxe

Does anyone know where I could find those instructions (on the net, I don't want to buy them). I understand that they probably aren't available. I am mainly looking for the part that shows how to build the forklift.

As I said, once this is answered close it but don't get rid of it as (If answered) I will need it again later.

And I have checked Peeron and Picsl so don't look there

It seems TLC found out about it and has blocked his IP, so no new sets will be added "until further notice".
