laix Posted January 19, 2012 Posted January 19, 2012 (edited) p.s. if anyone could help me with uploading pictures it would be appreciated. Click on the picture in your Brickshelf-Folder until you have a window with a single picture. The URL should end with .jpg. You have to insert this URL after clicking on the little picture button when posting. Hopefully this helps ^^ laix Edited January 19, 2012 by laix Quote

efferman Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 nice mod, but the pictures are much to big. 800x600 is the maximum size in this forum. please think to the people which have a slow internet connection. or have you never had a 56K modem? Quote

You have to wonder 6+ years on from when the forum was first created that the rules on photo sizes are now a little out of date, the number of people still running a 56k modem must be in the minority now. Most users are likely on 2Mb+ connections or better now, and with digital cameras improving all the time, being able to see clearer details is surely a good thing? Time for a forums site rules review me thinks. Anyway, back to your truck it's quite nice, looks like a T-nose Scania or a Kenworth truck now :-) Maybe you could make the fifth wheel a little more chunky? It's practical, but not very realistic looking? Paul Quote

It makes browsing the forum on a mobile phone difficult and potentially expensive too and very rarely offers much benefit (certainly none that couldn't be offered by linking to bigger photos on an external site for those interested). It's not all about 56K modems. Quote
