Black Falcons Fortress

Hello! I recently adquired the set 6074 "Black Falcons fortress" and I wished to do an 80's ambiance MOC with it.

Ya the black falcons, its my most favorite castle great job!!!!

Box 6086 is my next favorite castle, I made an extended version of it, and I gonna post it soon....

That looks great! Black Falcon's Fortress was my first Castle set ever, and still one of my favorites. Your MOC reminds me of the great photographs in the old product catalogs.

Very nice landscape there. I like your rock work the castle is sitting upon, and the entry ramp blends in nicely to the land.

Thank you all for the support! Im glad you liked it.

I know that "smiley" old lego faces dont add much realism to the MOC, but in the 80s thats all lego castle had, so I decided to use them.

Im sorry, but I dont have 6086 (I wish I had!) I have some sort of scenery idea to include "Sea Serpent" in another 80's MOC though.

complete and in very good condition but no box

Its not a super score, but IMO its a decent purchase... I really wanted these two castles!

I like it. There's something refreshing about taking an old set and adding more detail and making it your own. Seems like that is the essence of Lego to me. I like the fact that you used classic faces. It lets you know that it's still a classic set.

I really like what you've done - the simplicity of that awesome set (the sweet smell of nostalgia) with a bit of love thrown and some landscaping - perfect !
