Commander Assassin Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 This is my first shot at a Steampunk design. I have been fairly inactive on Eurobricks recently, and I would like to share one of the creations that I made over my EB break. I know that this isn't the best compared to some of the other Steampunk airships and vehicles, but I thought that I would post it here and see what you guys do/don't like so that I can improve on my next MOC. So with that being said, constructive criticism would be appreciated! Thanks for looking! Quote
Lothos Posted January 15, 2012 Posted January 15, 2012 First of all, great design, I like the cockpit the best. Don't get me wrong, I know steam punk is supposed to look "Busy" ie all the engine parts, all that jazz. But I think this looks too busy. Quote

Ok, thanks for the response and I will try to make my next steampunk MOC less busy. Quote
Laura Beinbrech Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Nice and steampunky, also good use of the old Rock Raiders canopy piece. Quote

tchuk-norst Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 I like the Rock Raiders canopy but I can't help but notice a lot of empty wedges that are on top that could do with some sort of greeblings or tiles at least. I think that would add to the model. Quote
JackJonespaw Posted February 2, 2012 Posted February 2, 2012 Very nice! I would add a bit of gold somewhere, though. Quote
