wokajablocka Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Thanks Muttly777. The window peice will be great to use in SW mocs. As for the Death Star, surly they could have at least printed the dam thing. The other planets have full printing. I would have like to see it printed even if they left out the texture. A print would have looked accurite and made it more detailed. With out any printing it looks quite plane and unfinished. Quote
sharky Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 I must say Lego has done a good job with these sets. I think they hit the mark. Quote
mortesv Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Nice review - but you forgot to mention build time?! Quote
SpiderSpaceman Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Shucks, I bought Tattooine as a sampler and got hooked went back and bought the other two today thanks for the review! Quote
lego envy Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 (edited) I don't feel the Death Star molds need printing; the contours are enough to make a quite striking resemblance. also, i feel that these sets are not made for the outer shell and that everyone is wanting the candy surprise inside.. Esurient Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 I love the mini tie-fighter. Would get a few of these sets for the minifigures and the minis. They look great if you moc them to be faraway spaceships at the back and a few normal tie0fighters at the front to get a 3D feel. Quote
