Ever since the 2.0 heroes came out, I had the idea of Hero Factory action figures-- not constraction, but normal, molded body parts with ball-and-hinge joints. To me the heroes would look great with armor covering their entire bodies. I decided to draw Breez in this new concept:

Overall, a good piece. The drawing is clean and your colouring is good. I would say the mask needs a little work and the proportions as well, as I think the torso and legs are too long and the arms are too short. However, it is a good piece and I hope to see more. ;)

That's a pretty good draw you have here Studs Not On Top.

My only criticism is that she seems to have a six-pack on her belly D:

And the feet look weird, but otherwise it's a good draw.

Not bad, but hips are not wide enough for a female character.

Oh, I don't know about that. I've seen plenty of female characters (cartoons mostly) who don't have the hourglass-shaped figure, or even just wide hips, and they still give off a female 'feel'..

Seeing this, I do like how accurate the mask, armor, and blade match up with the original set. The 'skirt' sort of armor below the belt is rather neat as well. I like that there is far less white than on the official set, but some still lingers and makes the color scheme interesting. The blade being an arm-mounted weapon is a cool idea, although I would rather much see Breez holding two weapons like in her previous forms, all hand-to-hand combat like.

I see you've put the Hero Shield on the back (or something similar), very nice.. The whole figure looks well armored.

My only complaints aside where the weapon is(and I can get over that pretty quick) are the shoulders and knees. I feel the knees need some kind of padding, and the shoulders, hmm. I do like the look here, but I got used to the official set's shoulderpads and the Samus Aran look they gave. Even smaller versions would do the trick, but here they look kind of bare.

The Hero Cuffs also look a bit long, but I imagine that they can adjust themselves to fit around the wrists of the villains they catch, so it's not a big problem there.

Overall I think it's great. The idea, the picture, all just great. I think (if you are planning on doing more) I'd like to see more Heroes in this styling. Very well done. :)
