Colour of Hogwarts Castle

Hi, I am planning on building a MOC of Hogwarts sometime soon, but I don't really like the tan colour lego uses in their sets. I really like the colour used for the walls in this one:

I was going to order the bricks for my MOC from bricklink, but I'm not sure what the colour is called on it.

Does anyone know? Can anyone help me?

I think it's just regular old Light Gray.

I'm pretty sure that's just the lighting. But you could build the castle in dark tan . . .

I'm thinking old dark grey or dark tan. Those would look quite good together.

Ah yes, you're right, thanks. :) It is just the lighting. I found more photos which show the grey.

And I wish I could build it in dark tan, but unfortunately not all of the bricks I need come in dark tan. :(

So which do you guys think looks better; tan or light grey/bley?

Yes, I think it's probably best. I think all the grey walls might look a bit boring..

but I'll probably use dark grey for the roofs of mine, as Hogwarts definitely does not have green roofs! xD
