hey,

I am studying for my upcoming exames, which means: I have a very productive mind for mocs

i wanted to create a small rc truck, and wanted to give it something extra.

so i came up with this:

i thought i could share it with you guys and girls, because i havn"t seen anything like it before

the truck is driven by 2 rc engines, powered by 2 rechargeable batteries, 2 recievers and return to center steering with a hockey spring.

the truck can drift very wel, and is pretty fast. when you loose the gas in a corner, and push it on again too soon, the truck will go on its side. i first had to practice it. the driving on youtube certainly is not the best i have done, but when there is a camera.... it never works out as you hoped :hmpf_bad:

maybe this is a cool idea for other MOC's? i love how this truck is still able to drift, and drive on its side :) it really can do both :sweet:

What a fun little truck! I have not seen anything like it before either. The lightweight Rechargeable Battery Boxes sure make it nimble. Maybe you can race another truck without the extra wheels on the side:

That is a really nice truck, the stabilisers made me grin, when I first saw the vid I thought the wheel base was too short, but I like it the way it is

It's also the reason I can't read the Technic forum on my phone, because images that big eat into data budget quite heavily. And you don't really gain anything either, even on my laptop the forum software ends up having to resize them to fit them on screen anyway. :cry_sad:

Still, that aside it looks like a fun little model. I wonder what other stunts you can persuade it to do?

Ow, thats a good reason for resizing :look:

I will use sariels link from now on. thx sariel!

Well, except for drifting and driving on its side, i drove it up a small ramp, and it jumped quite far.

The downside is that he batterybox comes loose everytime i do that.

too bad lego didn't put pinholes on the batterybox, knowing that the batterypack itself in the box, only uses half the space!

they could have easely put a bigger one in it, but i think lego didn't want to make that cost.

The battery, how it is now, is already very expensive.

So they could have made it even smaller, but allot of people would think "Is that al I get for my money?"
