T_Tank Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 After warping snapping an shearing u-joints in my unimog an my reworked Big Earl monster truck I'm wishing lego or somebody would make a cv joint that would be the same dimensions of the 3L u-joint that would be a lot stronger even been tempted to find a machine shop an see what it cost to have some machined from alum or even steel since its really the biggest issue i have with making a strong pendular suspension system. Big earl's issue is there isn't room for a reduction at the hubs due to the steering parts i've used to reduce the offset from center while using power puller wheels an the unimog I need something more then 8t to 24t in the portals (my mog an crawl agressively over 5" ledges but ends up blasting a u-joint quickly. Anyways Ideas comments concerns opinions? Quote
