It is a magnificent creation to say the least and probably in my opinion one of the most detailed and massive tow truck moc's to date. Please correct me if I am wrong. Quote
Junpei Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 What an amazing creation! Just wondering, how did M_longer get the old one-way valve cylinders to lift the huge boom? I know there are four of them, but I have heard they are very weak. Quote
M_longer Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 I know there are four of them, but I have heard they are very weak. Don't believe everything you hear ;) Their pushing force is the same as normal cylinders with two inlets have. But their pistons are much weaker, because they are made from plastic, not metal. So you have to pay atention to where are you puting them. They work quite well in my Sandvik TH550 mining truck: Quote
