mtrkustoms Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 This is my first new implement for 8049 Tractor. A reversible Plough with manual operation for reverse plough and put in transport position with a worm gear, this gear is syncronized with rear wheel to align it with transport position and correct angle in work position in each side of ploughing. Finntech Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 Very nice implement! Ploughs are not the easiest thing to build with lego. Maybe you could add one or two pair of wings more, to make it look even more realistic. Could you make a video to show functions? Quote
Smrgol Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 That's really nice work, I think it would be more realistic with the extra blades if they can be added too. Tractors are pretty good for making extras for beyond the basic trailer - automated seeder, animal feeder etc Quote
timslegos Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 Very nice implement. I would agree that you should add more blades. tim Quote
matias bendtsen Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 (edited) Maybe you can take a look at cbt's ploughs? My link Edited January 1, 2012 by matias bendtsen Quote
mtrkustoms Posted January 1, 2012 Author Posted January 1, 2012 I will add more blades, the problem its my limited vault on this pieces. I try to do a gif with function of the model, because i have no videocamera. More implements will be presented here soon ;) PD: Matias, thx for the gallery, good implements Quote

Alasdair Ryan Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 (edited) Very nice plow ,and welcome to Eurobricks. Edited January 1, 2012 by Alasdair Ryan Quote
Finntech Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 Ohh you are all saying blades not wings, in Finnish we usually call them "siivet" and direct translation for that is "wings". In English calling them blades is must better thought. Quote
mtrkustoms Posted January 4, 2012 Author Posted January 4, 2012 New modification to this MOC, 2 new blades added, looks more realistic, and a animated GIF with the functionality Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 (edited) It looks a lot beter with the other 2 blades. Edited January 4, 2012 by Alasdair Ryan Quote

theozboy Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Hi, The English technical name for the blades is a "Share", a plough share. Great moc, looks and works great by the looks of things. Quote
