tbroyd Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Was given the Lego City Tipper Truck 4434 for Christmas but thought the new panels used for the tipper might make a good wagon for the engineering (MOW) train I am building Need to fit black buffers but quite pleased with the shape. The panels also have potential for making a longer bogie wagon. Anyone had a play with them yet? Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Excellent and interesting idea 'tbroyd', though when I get my tippers they be kept as tippers.....but ordering these panels might be handy additions to a train builders stock pile. Quote
medib Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Looks very innovative and a neat idea. You could also use the car as a coal gondola. Quote
Jay Sathe Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Very cool idea. I have 4434 sitting in front of me right now, and I didn't even think of a train car using the truck bed. I wonder if TLG plans on doing something similar, becuase otherwise, these parts seem very single-purpose due to their odd size. Quote
Bricktrain Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 looks good, any pics of the panel pieces on their own? Quote

tbroyd Posted December 30, 2011 Author Posted December 30, 2011 I Agree Black and brown would both be really useful for railway wagons Quote
