Kumpelkante Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Schluchtwall Castle is a castle built on the sides of a mountain pass. It divides the realm of the emperor and the savage land of orcs and barbarian tribes. But some times the emperor's bravest knights gather there to start their campaigns and quests. You find pics in higher resolution in my flickr stream. Also there will be uploaded additional pics soon. Brickshelf Folder, when public Quote
Hive Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 I had a look at both this moc and others at your flikr page, and I must say: you do awesome work! Completely breath-taking setups imo. Keep it up! Quote
de Gothia Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 This is how I want to make my next castle. Nothing that is square or has any straight lines! Just a mess with different angels and heights! I love it!!! Quote
songwm Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 This is an incredible piece of MOC. I love the use of colours, angled building...everything! THink i will stare at it for hours if i see the real thing. Can't imagine only 3 replies so far. Maybe its because of chrismas pediod. Quote

Maxim I Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 Wow stunning! I hope more pictures will follow soon as I really enjoy looking to the details! Quote
zed0 Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 I love this castle, especially how all the different styles of buildings join together to make the castle. All the different angles are great too, must have taken ages to plan it all out and make it fit together correctly. I like that there's something in the ravine under the drawbridge. Great job, I eagerly await more photos! Quote
Sir_Basil_Ashton Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Awesome job on your Castle. As already stated, I love how differently each building looks. You did a great job with the different colored bricks you used as well as the angles that make each building very distinct. I can't wait to see the other pictures you upload. Quote
Kumpelkante Posted December 31, 2011 Author Posted December 31, 2011 regarding additional pics: that may take while, as i have to and want to sort my collection first. ...but thanks for commenting already. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Imposing work and superb building technique! It's amazing to see the buildings arranged in oblique in this fantastic layout! I really love the drawbridge! Quote
Palathadric Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Wow! This castle is awesome! I like how little or nothing of it is square or boring. Very nice design. Awesome technique. Quote
Hiawatha Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 I really like the bridge part, excellent work! Quote
Palathadric Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 I love the way the red roof jutts out of the angled castle wall. The entire building is done very skillfully. Well done! Quote
