But couldn't you just use a Hagrid beard for Blackbeard? ;-) >8-)

Isn't the hagrid beard designed to fit over his big robe, meaning that on a standard minifig there are big gaps that look a bit silly? And you cant put a hat on cause its beard,hair and all? Or am I thinking of the wrong beard?
