Here is real life example of this setup. Note how gears on this picture are also placed in a way that axles are parallel, but not in a line. Quote

Smrgol Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Good good, I also just noticed that its not a single long "snake", but 2 separate links lol When I first looked it appeared to just go from the gear straight down, but you have it linked through the central bar. I would love to see a video of that part in action as well as the whole thing. Quote

Imanol BB Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 hi, i want to explain the working of the tatra´s independent suspension, in a picture i used the Steyr Puch Pinzgauer transmission, which is made in the same principle: https://www.dropbox.com/home/suspension In these pictures maybe you can see how this transmission system works, the blue line represents the output of the engine, and the red and green lines the wheels axles, in the LXF file, the model 2 is very likely to the transmission used by Yoraish in his truck (which is very likely to the real life system), the model 3 in LXF file is used by some builders to fix the different axis between the wheels, and the model 1 its how it would looks like in real life trucks, which gives the option of a differential, and maybe, if someone could make custom parts, this transmission would be possible to build very likely to real life trucks, i hope this could work for you, and nice truck Kit Fisto, it remembers me a truck i made long tima ago with rubber bands instead of shock absorbers.
