dolittle Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 Hi, I don't know where else to complain, so I am putting it here, the shop.lego.com doesn't work under [Google] Chrome, as this has become the 1st most popular browser, I think it is about time LEGO fixes their issues. What doesn't work: 1) You cannot filter (the right side selector doesn't change anything) 2) You cannot push View All/20/60/etc or Next/Prev in the list view As I cannot do any of the above, I cannot tell you if there are other issues. Thanks, Noam Quote
tmumme Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 I have the same issue with firefox and adblock plus. When I allow atgsvcs.com, it works. This seems to be an oracle site: http://whois.domaintools.com/atgsvcs.com. Looks like they use https://recmanager.atg.com/api/flavors.html, Oracle Recommendations On Demand API Flavors. I don't like this kind of third party tracking. (Sorry links don't work) Quote
AndyC Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 Wouldn't it make more sense to report it to Google, so they can fix Chrome? Instructions on how to do so are here: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Chrome/thread?tid=2a2135b6f50fd524&hl=en Quote

Unfortunately we are not customer sport for Google or Shop@home. Quote

AndyC Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 (edited) Chrome has just become the most used web browser. If LEGO's site doesn't support it well, it is LEGO's bug. Not according to StatCounter Not that it matters much as HTML5 isn't defined by what the most popular browser does and Chrome's implementation is by far the buggiest. A brief look at the lego.com website doesn't have anything jumping out as wrong in the HTML, so I'm suspecting it's a browser bug. Edited December 16, 2011 by AndyC Quote
