Today I build my Christmas Village under the tree and I wanted to show the results :classic: . The Village contains the three Winter Village sets, One MOC from Brick City Depot, the Holiday Train, the City Advent Calendars form 2009 en 2010 and some Lego Minifigures Series. Enjoy and Happy Christmas to everyone in advance!

ps. Find the two Santa Claus!

The postmen are collecting all the presents to get them to the right place in time. Two strong guys but the girl needs to do all the hard work...

Even the Holiday Train is late. But it's Christmas time so nobody complains!

Lovely Christmas set up here - all it needs is a few white plates underneath and it would be perfect!

I LOVE that MOC Christmas Train Station!

1 Santa is driving the "mini train", and the other is at the back of the Holiday Train

Mcbbvb, please feel to downsize your images and re-post them in your first post. If you need assistance to downsize your images I would check out the Index of Tutorials.

Thanks.

That is a nice christmas dislapy under your tree, looks like Santas come early. But when he dose come where is he going to put the presents? I have always wanted to do a traditional train around the tree as my partner is from a european background and her family used to do this.

That is a wonderful train station! I'd love to see a picture with the passenger car lined up with it. Nicely done on the Christmas Village!

Winter Wonderland !

And that train station....icing on the cake.....Brick On 'mcbbvb' in the snow !

Thanks for all the comments! The train station is the MOC from Brick City Depot. Unfortunately it's not a creation from me :classic: . Next year there will be lights in the houses and white base plates to finish the whole thing!

Perfect Mcbbvb.

I'm glad you downsized them quickly. A topic typically gets a better response when there a pictures in the post instead of showing links to images.

Thank you.

This is great, I am trying to achieve something similar, but I currently only own the toy shop (I love your extra toys they are great) and I have the Emerald Night going around my tree.

I now have something to aim for with mine!

nice display!

I wish I had the christmas train :cry_sad::wacko:

I had the same feeling whenever I saw someones Holiday Train. Because a new one is too expensive I bought all the pieces on Bricklink. I think in total it cost me around 120 euro (this is with shipping costs). Everything is exactly as the real one (including the minifigures) so I think that is a fair price. Maybe you could do the same :classic: .

Great uses of last year's City advent calendar! I've done much of the same as you have, except I do not have the holiday train nor the train station...instead I have mixed in the modular Grand Emporium as well as two Toys'R'Us buildings from the TRU truck set, combined into one (to make a decent-sized TRU).

One small problem with all of these Christmas sets - the minifigs should all have gloves or mittens on! Especially the children throwing snowballs, or the Series 6 eskimo fishing, etc. I've had to borrow black or white or grey-colored hands from other lines (like Star Wars or old Space minifigs) in order to fix this.

Nice work!

That's what I did, as well. As a fairly long time train fan, I actually had most of the pieces (including a 9V motor to use). I do not think my train matches exactly... especially some of the presents, I think. I don't recall, it was a couple of years ago when I built it from parts.

From this year, the whole display:

Finally got mine done. Not as big and no train but I think it looks good (and fits) in our living room.

Very Nice! It's not that big but in my opinion more beautiful. I like the background!

Your background is really nicely done!
