KeepLeft Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Just built the scorpion pyramid and I really like the way it looks. Cleopatra is also pretty pleased. (Now I just need some Roman soldiers as an honour guard.) Close up Quote
Athos Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 It looks like Cleopatra has horns... Steve Quote
Sev Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Cleopatra isn't Roman Other than that, great job Quote
The Mugbearer Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 Cleopatra isn't Roman Other than that, great job I think that KeepLeft had in mind Caesar's relations with Cleopatra. =) So there would be honor guard of Roman Legionnaires. Unfortunately, I cannot judge your MOC by only two pics, but I think that pyramid is just great! It looks like Cleopatra has horns... Steve It's more like jackal ears. =D Quote
KeepLeft Posted December 10, 2011 Author Posted December 10, 2011 (edited) Not my own construction but model 7327, the review of it shows some great pictures (http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=48652) . Cleopatra was not Egyptian either but Greek and ruled Egypt which had Roman Soldiers based in Egypt. Egypt and Cleopatra had strong links with Rome and would eventually become part of the Roman Empire (so the use of Roman soldiers would fit in here and the series 6 minifigures has a Roman soldier which I am looking forward to and they would need a home).
