Inspired by others I decided to build a narrow town house for my city.

I am quite happy with the way it turned out and it will probably remain for my city.

I added the pulley as an afterthought otherwise how else will the minfigs be able to get their furniture up the narrow stairs.

This led me to think about possible scenarios involving another construction built purely for this type of situation.

So what happens next?

Of course it being a Lego city nothing bad ever happens.

Playing the piano in her apartment.

How they got it through the window is a trade secret.

Not bad at all 'KeepLeft'.....actually they got Harry Potter in on work experience to move the piano in as long it wasn't on the wrong floor....question....stairs ?

Very nice classic town styled modular building 'KeepLeft' and Brick On Play On !

This is a nice house! And the piano is beautiful. We (my daughter and I) will now rebuild a similar house soon. We like it very much!

Nothing bad happens in LEGO city huh ;)

I know a Dutch guy that builds all major calamities of a year in LEGO.

But well, anyway, a nice and simple but effective MOC.

Thanks for the compliments, as for stairs I decided that I will use basic 1x2 bricks to make a spiral staircase. I cannot think of another method that will not end up taking up the entire floor space for stairs. Although at the moment I am concentrating on buildings for my city, the interiors will follow later.
