Etzel Posted December 6, 2011 Author Posted December 6, 2011 OOC: I'm back. Thanks, Tammo for leading. Cronk happy Reckard feel better. Hulion can lead us to another friend to be healed by Friend Tomas. "Yes, sir. We have Olfrid over here on the stretcher. He had his arm wounded very bad in the battle, I wonder if he'll ever be able to use it again. We might need to amputate it." Olfrid looks to be in lot of pain and when Tomas touches his sweaty face he can feel that the knight also has a fever. A healing of 5 ether would heal Olfrid's arm, but a remedy is also needed to stop the fever. Do you wish to proceed? Elgar went over accepting the venom and put it on his weapon. He then asked Hulion "how far is it to Tanco" "About one day of travel from here, if you don't get into trouble on the way."
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 If it is okay with Tomas, Cronk vote for healing. Cronk will even give Tomas 10 gold to cover cost of buying new remedy. Oh, and before Cronk forget, Cronk would like to ask Tomas to hold onto this Healing Staff until friends get back to Heroica Hall. Tomas may get some use out of staff if ether too low.

Etzel Posted December 6, 2011 Author Posted December 6, 2011 "I think that would be best." Tomas walks up to Old Man Yom who stands leaning on a stick and tries to heal him for 5 ether as the others. But this time nothing happens. "Sorry son, I'm just old. There is nothing you can do about that. soccerkid6 Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 So should we head to Tanco now? I'm fine with staying here for the night if you guys think that is a better idea.
Tamamono Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 "Too bad... I will drink a Tonic for now, and I think that Healing Staff will be of some use as we continue on our quest."
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 If Hulion need no further help, Party can continue on road to Tanco. Cronk think it best friends get there sooner rather than later and since everyone in good health, why not start out now? Party is glad to have helped, Hulion. Cronk hopes that Hulion can get some rest now and be ready in case Paladins need Hulion's help later.
soccerkid6 Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 (edited) I start a conversation with Olfrid as we walk down the path. "So you have already seen your fair bit of action eh? Anything special you noticed about your enemies? Edited December 6, 2011 by soccerkid6
Etzel Posted December 6, 2011 Author Posted December 6, 2011 If Hulion need no further help, Party can continue on road to Tanco. Cronk think it best friends get there sooner rather than later and since everyone in good health, why not start out now? Party is glad to have helped, Hulion. Cronk hopes that Hulion can get some rest now and be ready in case Paladins need Hulion's help later. The extended party continue their journey to Tanco. The road is looking better now, no longer just a path. The party walks until the sun sets. I start a conversation with Olfrid as we walk down the path. "So you have already seen your fair bit of action eh? Anything special you noticed about your enemies? "They are well trained and their numbers have been increasing during the whole conquest here. Many of them carries shields with a dragon on them, that might be their company's sign." Nobody gets any good rest during the night, but the party still sets out at daybreak, eager to get to Tanco as fast as possible. Around midday they hear a distance noise and when moving closer they can catch the sound of screams and clangs of weapons. OoC: I'll have the continuation up tomorrow, need daylight for taking photos.
Etzel Posted December 7, 2011 Author Posted December 7, 2011 OoC: No one prepared for battle? Well, too bad for you then because here it comes! The party continues and after a turn of the road they can finally see the town of Tanco. However, between them and the town, there is a large army attacking the town gate. Some knights in shiny armour are trying to defend it and archers are firing arrows from the walls. The attacking force is much more numerous then the defenders it seems. The Soldiers of the Light in the party, Reckard and Olfrid, immediately rushes forward to attack against the besiegers and the rest of the party sees no other option but to follow them. They are noticed however, and a part of the attacking army turns to fight the heroes. PREPARE FOR BATTLE! Will you tell us their targets or are those a surprise? Yes, good that you included them in the battle order. I will choose for them after I've gotten all of your actions. So yeah, it's a surprise. But don't worry, I'll chose for the party's best.
