I was contacted by a guy off a add I placed on Craigslist looking to sell a used but he says 100% complete and owned by a adult 8297 off road jeep http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/8297_Off_Roader set. He is asking for a small amount compared to what it is going for and says it’s in good shape and works. Is there anything I should be concerned about he is local but I mean part wearing out or damaged? I honestly don’t collect technics and only have a handful of them from older sets I got as a child. I really don’t even really want this set and might just turn around and try and trade or sell it at a fair price. I just want to know what to look for when I go check it out and if it is worth it. Also if anyone is interested in this set I can get it cheap and would give it to you at what it cost me including original instructions and would be willing to sell or trade it for any number of castle and/or pirate sets or pieces and also any type of poly bags. Any info would be a big help thanks.
