Omicron Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Kirby as he appears in his titular series. All Lego baby. -Omi Quote
CMP Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Cool...but...all LEGO? Can we have some more pictures? Quote
Omicron Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 Cool...but...all LEGO? Can we have some more pictures? Yes. Well, remnants of Lego. I used mainly anything that was round and pink. :P -Omi Quote
Praiter Yed Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 I don't know what/who Kirby is, but I'd love to know what parts/remnants you've used? Quote
Darth Nihilus Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Nice Kirby Omicron! I like the use of backwards, cut minifig arms as his arms. @ Praiter Yed, Kirby. Quote
Praiter Yed Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Nice Kirby Omicron! I like the use of backwards, cut minifig arms as his arms. Is that what they are? How did you even manage to recognise them? I concur, nice use of backwards cut minifig arms. @ Praiter Yed, Kirby. Bah, you young 'uns and yer new fangled video games . Although, if this was yellow and didn't have any arms or legs and had a big wedge cut of it, it could be PacMan! Now there's a video game custom I could appreciate Quote
Darth Nihilus Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Is that what they are? How did you even manage to recognise them? I concur, nice use of backwards cut minifig arms. I recognized them because the knob that attaches them to a minifig body is unmistakeable. Bah, you young 'uns and yer new fangled video games . Although, if this was yellow and didn't have any arms or legs and had a big wedge cut of it, it could be PacMan! Now there's a video game custom I could appreciate The only reason I know about this is that I saw it in a store while picking up TFU II. PacMan is an arcade game! Hardly recognizeable. Quote
Omicron Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 I don't know what/who Kirby is, but I'd love to know what parts/remnants you've used? The arms are regular arms reversed as darthnihilus pointed out. :P The body consists of two of these, the top portions being used together as the body and the bottom part as the back. The handles were also modified to attached the arms. This is the face, with the middle part cut right off (you can see the bump faintly on the mouth). Two of these are inside held by an axle and glue. And Kirby isn't that new. He debuted in 1992 on the GameBoy. :P -Omi Quote

Andonii Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Good, but, how is it all Lego. Can I see a few more pics, 'cause it doesn't look like it. Quote
Omicron Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 Good, but, how is it all Lego. Can I see a few more pics, 'cause it doesn't look like it. Take a look at this post. I chopped up the pieces. So he is made from Lego. :P I can't take anymore pics because the amount of glue I used completely frosted the entire plastic. It's practically destroying itself inside out. -Omi Quote
wertys761 Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 ALL LEGO?! It must have some cut-up pieces of plastic LEGO! Look at Kirby’s arms! And BTW, got any more photos? I’d love to see more! ––––\/\/∑®†¥§–––– Quote
