L@go Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 (edited) A real good-looking ship, and I like the way you've done the sea - especially from a distance it looks nice. On a side note: This is the first time I've seen those new life vests up close and worn by minifigs, and I'm quite simply shocked at how badly designed this piece is. IMO, it's possible to perform this redesign by yourself, simply by making the "neck" place larger.I hate the jackets too ... I really like the vessel, though i think it's possible to make the schooner larger to match the minifigure scale. Skipper Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 Nice catch! Great hull technique, works really well for small ships in creating a nice curve. Lovely colorscheme as well, the tan works really well with the white/red. Those life jackets do look terrible. Quote
