Starwars4J Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 Yeah, I saw this on BS yesterday and I have to say, I was majorly impressed! Now I just need that guy to finish the body :-P Quote
MattZitron Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 Yowza. If only I had the time and the bricks. Quote
Sir Dillon Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Yowza. If only I had the time and the bricks... ...If I had the time and the bricks... ...I still wouldn't be able to build something as great as this. X-D Quote
captaintau Posted September 17, 2006 Posted September 17, 2006 That's excellent. The teeth don't look right at all - too jagged, but aside from that, brilliant. Even the background has been well done. Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted September 17, 2006 Eurobricks Emperor Posted September 17, 2006 That looks frightning real ... Quote

oo7 Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 it looks more like a undead thing then a mechanical thingy I beg to differ, Prateek. And about the shape of the teeth, I think they look just fine, although they would look better in dark bley or pearl light gray, both of which Lego has already made. Quote
Berry Syedow Posted September 25, 2006 Posted September 25, 2006 I remember being blown away by the detail of this bust while surfing brickshelf... It's an impressive feat to be sure. My favorite parts are the jaw and the collarbone. This is also a rare instance where bley is the favorable color. *skull* ...although they would look better in dark bley or pearl light gray, both of which Lego has already made. I agree, that may prove to be better looking, and it'd be slightly more accurate. Quote

Nothing a clever brace behind them can't accomplish. X-D Quote
