So a month or two ago I saw Alien, followed by Aliens. I thought it was really interesting. Getting bored one day, I was browsing through a bunch of LEGO pictures, when I saw it - a LEGO Xenomorph.

Now, I didn't have much to base this on. Full body pictures of Xenomorphs are hard to come by, I've seen, so I took a lot of creative liberty on this. Or maybe it was just due to a small lack of parts.

Here are some pictures. (Hope they turned out all right, I used the inside of a plastic drawers as the backdrop.)

Meet Silvertooth. (Okay, so I couldn't find any white studs... )

Not his best angle...

...But this one is, easily. :sweet: Can't say the same about our marine. :look:

The face of death.

The pictures do not do him justice. It's nearly impossible to get a good shot when your MOC is all black. :hmpf_bad: Still, I think he turned out alright. Uses a lot of illegal techniques, as well as a cut piece of tubing in his torso. He's poseable, but not playable. Pretty fragile, but won't break in your hand unless you slam it against a desktop.

And just for fun...

Thanks for the comments. I'm thinking about making the Queen, but I'd need to spend hours digging up the parts.

Nice alien CallMePieOrDie. It has a skinky feel to it. If you look hard enough you can find some good refrence material on Xenomorphs. I made a WIP queen that I didnt ever finish. My MOC consisted both system and bionicle and it just needed a few more deatials and find all black parts.

I loved the movies and the Aliens look so scary and cool.

Hi

haha - this is really nice but it makes m smile not fear.

The reason for this is that the Alienitsekf seems to smile because of the round toothplate.

Maybe it is also a bad grin >:)

Thanks for the comments. I agree, it's not quite scary-looking, but it's hard to achieve that with LEGO. And I couldn't think of much else to use for the teeth anyway.

I think this is really superb - it really captures the real essence of the Alien! Ok, it isn't wonderfully accurate, but then they change between films a lot anyway so who's looking - there's a nice faceless menace and spindliness to this model. It's certainly a model that could do with being put with a few multiple versions of itself... perhaps pitted up against a few of the Alien Conquest guys!
