My name was taken from my favourite character of Terry Pratchetts discworld books - Sam Vimes.

Ah.. I was hoping that was the case, love those books *wub* Wonder if there are any Discworld MOCs around.. (not many on Brickshelf at least..)

I read a few disc world books, but I was not a great fan of them however. Although I am surprised at the lack of Disc-MOCS, as their are some interesting locations!

In my teenage years, people around me called me Taz, since my appetite, voice, energy and temper match that of the animated Tasmanian Devil.

I became a father when I was rather young - 23 years old - and the folks on a message board I was posting at back then talked one of the admins into changing my user name to "Papa Taz", to point out the fact that I'm a dad... And it stuck :-).

I read a Sky Titan review from Dillthepill, and after searching the forum for a while, I decided to join. I wanted to come up with a cool name...and, I thought back to Dills review, took "Titan", and combined it with a "cool" word, obviously, "Cyclone" and...Cyclone Titan!

Hi!

See my sig.

Actually, this name fits the nature of LEGO quite nicely.

Initially I chose it because of computer graphics; I also react to being called "voxel" ;-) (from another forum with RL meetings).

I've had my username for years. Actually it used to be kaboom, but that was taken so I had to take kaboom4.

My name was supposed to be General Tarfful but I forgot to put space inbetween

and I left out an F. *wacko* Sigh, I'm thinking about asking a Mod to change it but can't decide....

Oh, and Tarfful is the well known and respected 7 foot tall Wookie leader in the Battle of the Wookie City of Kachiro, the city you see in the backround of the battle on Kashyyyk in ROTS. He's the Wookie who stands up on the beach-head and yells his guttaral warcry and leads his fellow Wookie warriors to battle in the scene on Kashyyyk in ROTS. He's not really officially a General, officialy, just a 'leader'. For Delta Squad fans out there, he's also the Wookie you rescue in Republic Commando.

Reference pics of the real Tarfful:

Hello fellow EBs members,

I will like to offically introduce Lord Kenneth Valise, Commander of White Fang Forces in Dragon Kingdom.

He is the main protagonist in my fiction story project, named "Sacred Lands". This project is envolved in my own imaginary world where i will include my friends into this story. However, due to work and studies, i had stopped writing and i really hope to continue this project as this is my passion. Hope in the near future, i will be able to share with everyone.

A brief introduction of him. Lord Kenneth was born under a noble general named Lord Hector, founder of White Fang Force. Kenneth joined the School of Knights when he was a child to be trained as a Leader. Through the "Graduation Tournament" to a series of missions before he was promote to "Commander" His skills is revolved between swordsman and healing which has a combination of a paladin, bearing the symbolic white dragon on his visor.

The reason why i used White Fang is because, i used to play Tactics Orge in Gameboy advance. I believe there is a White Fang force and i just fall in love with that name. I thought of it carefully before i decided to used this name as my id in Eurobricks and other LEGO related stuffs. ;-)

I have to say, my name was actually random. You see, I've never settled on one name that I like, and I couldn't think up a name on the flash, so I typed some letters and there it was.

Wish I hadn't been so quick, I'm regretting it now, and I've thought up a namehttp://www.eurobricks.com/forum/style_emoticons/lego/cry4.gif

Filefolders is a name I've had for at least four years. I was at my friend's house when he wanted me to sign up for a game called RuneScape. This friend had had a box of file folders under his family's computer desk for years and it caught my attention whenever I saw it so the name Filefolders can be see in various places across the Internet.

My EB name is half a star wars reference and half a reference to my real name. My actual name is Okay. That's a Turkish name and is pronounced with an "uh" instead of an "a" so that it ends with an "eye" kind of sound. However, I just took the 'a' out of the name, leaving "Oky" which sounds like "Obi" and added the rest of the great Jedi master's name! Got it? *sweet* An alternative explanation of the 'Oky' part would be that the 'o' and the 'k' stand for the acronym "O.K." which is spelled "Okay", just like my first name, and the 'y' stands for my last name which begins with that letter. Pretty clever, huh? *grin*

My name is taken from my Warhammer 40,000 Ork Warboss. He is back at the head of another Waaagh!, currently in his fifth incarnation. (Or maybe fourth, I don´t know if I want to count the infamous "fridge" version.)
