MOC: Signal Gantry

[ZueriHB]

SBB Style Signal Gantry with station main entry signal (Einfahrt Hauptsignal), with pre Signals for the exit.

The SBB sometimes uses Signal Gantry to suspend signals from above, tried to catch the overall look and feel of them and decided that Technic parts would do a better job than standard bricks.

My first attempt at studless construction.

On the rear side are the pre signals for the other direction.

Different view of the construction. Still needs a little work to channel the LED-cables.

That looks great, and a new idea aswell, I havn't seen anyone put working lights on a overhanging signal box.

This might sound complicated, but it might be possible to implement some sort of transmitter in the signal and train to make the signals function. Even without lights, this is a masterpiece.

1 thing isn't showing clearly on the picture which worries me. The clearance around the train while under that thing. Could you please post a picture of that as well?

Besides that, love the idea! Would love to see this working with real LEGO!
