Peppermint_M Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Well, this is a hideout/Batcave for Stephanie Brown, the fourth Batgirl (third in the old continuity , fourth character to have the name Batgirl ) hence the purple detailing and motorcycle. An entrance platform with a nice array of useful equipment (including bō and grapple gun) with space for her motorbike and a computer. Yes, this was at first an idea for the contest before I realised that my favourite Batgirl had never featured in LEGO products let alone as a figure in a set. So then I was happy to go nuts and build it as I wanted. I stuck to the 8x8 base simply because it is a size I love to work in. Maybe one day I will expand it. The design takes from what I think all batcaves should be like, plenty of polyhedral platforms and girders everywhere. Equipment displays and computers. The new superhero theme has me debating building a Mount Justice interior or a Batcave... Quote
