Hello, I think I've got a problem. my project is slightly disoriented. It's pretty hard to explain, so I'll give you the LDD file to look at.

Alright, the link is fixed, I uploaded it to Brickshelf. Why not check back in a day or two, as I've heard Brickshelf folders take a while to become public.

Looks like you've got a few misaligned baseplates. Something's been slightly rotated, causing the part of the building covering the four baseplates to be at a different angle than the other two baseplates. What you need to do is remove those two baseplates and all the Technic connecting them to the four baseplates, grab a basic brick like a 2x4 from the palette, and place that brick somewhere else in the building area. That brick is now flat on the 'ground'. Attach the two baseplates to the bottom of that brick, making them flat, too. Place a couple more 2x4s on the four baseplate section where it's going to connect to the two baseplate section. Then select the whole four baseplate section, and drag it over to the two baseplate section so that the two sections are connected by 2x4s. The whole thing should now be flat. Delete all the 2x4s and add the Technic back in.
