MOD - Red 1950's Town Plan Car

While I rebuilding Town Plan I found the blue car missing and since I'm also MOC'ing TP style stuff I thought a nice red car might be a cool addition.

I might do a few more in colours and slight style changes too !

Thanks 'AJ', I prefer this one to blue car that actually came with the set, but that will get a rebuild though so it completes the set.

Waiting on parts to finish the petrol tanker and cinema....sticker sheet is going to set me back 50 buck !

Oh, well....any suggestions for other 1950's vehicles feel free to speak ?

Very Nice mod. I love seeing Lego cars done in different colors. The red color works well with this car. What other colors are you thinking about doing? Even though it would be impossible to do, I always thought that the town plan car would look good in dark green.

I completely agree, I wish LEGO would increase their pallettes, especially for PAB!

I would like to see a funeral car similar to this:

And of course there could be a graveyard to accompany that

Thanks for the feedback 'HighFlyer', and I guess a Vincent Price look-like minifig would fit in there too ?

I'll start designing more vehicles either today or Friday....Thursday I promise the wife I would do housework....yeah I know....
